Sfântu Gheorghe - part II.

Visitors from allover the world come to Sfântu Gheorghe. they about this speechless place. Words cannot describe the beauty of this places. Take Sahalin Island, for example, an uninhabited one, where people seldom go. It is part of the Biosphere Reservation of Danube Delta.

The main explains that the bird one can admire the most, the main one is the Pelican. He takes the tourists to see the pelicans, and the tourists are always amazed by this bird.

I found this trailer of this documentary that's just great ! In the word of waters, we see fantastic landscapes, fishermen and fishing birds, like Sterna Caspia or the black headed gull.

One of my passions are birds. I like birdwatching a lot and the Danube Delta is THE PLACE to go for birdwatching.

Danube Delta in autumn

Fall may not be the best season for suntanning, but is definitely can be very interesting for birdwatching. Watching the autumn migration of birds is a unique spectacle, and if you are a bird-watcher you know this for sure.
